Judith is an HR Business Partner at CAPE Groep, but started out as a Consultant at CAPE Groep. 'I think it's important to actually add something, so that I can realize positive changes together with the customer and the team.'

How did you end up at CAPE Groep?

I was looking for a job that really suits me. The fact that at CAPE Groep you are working on the growth of both yourself and the customer, had a great attraction for me. Within Cape there is space and confidence to come up with your own ideas and to develop them. Thinking for yourself and taking responsibility are stimulated, making a day's work for CAPE challenging and innovative every day. Having the opportunity to think one step further with the customer and to deliver products that you and your team fully support makes the work very enjoyable to do.'

What opportunities have you been given or are you still getting?

'In the first year I followed a traineeship and at a brisk pace I acquired the necessary knowledge to independently participate in projects. I often had to jump in at the deep end, but there were always colleagues on the side who were willing to help me – if necessary – back on dry land. During the traineeship I started looking for a role that suited me. Ultimately, I was given the opportunity to actually perform this role and to expand the necessary competencies for this. I am proud that thanks to the traineeship I have been able to experience great personal development. After I moved on to team lead of a Consultancy team within CAPE, I recently started to focus on HR. As an HR Business Partner at CAPE Groep I can develop myself further in the HR field. '

'CAPE Groep is an employer that challenges you, gives you responsibility and stands behind you in everything you do. Attention is paid to how you can contribute to the team from your own strength.

What does working at CAPE Groep mean to you?

'For me, working at CAPE Groep means working independently and being responsible for a good result together with the team. In the future I want to continue to develop. Preferably without setting out too much direction, so that I remain flexible. At CAPE Groep, new opportunities and developments often arise. If I see something that fits my skills and interests, I'll join in.'
